‘We want AI’ chants don’t convince Allen Iverson to play in Philly Big3 game

Philadelphia fans made it known they wanted to see one of their sports heroes play one last time.

Allen Iverson acknowledged the crowd at Sunday’s Big3 game in Philadelphia, but not even chants of “We want A.I.” from the fans convinced the 76ers Hall of Famer to play in his team’s game at Wells Fargo Center.

Kemba Walker led the Hornets to a 120-106 win over the Suns by pouring in 31 points with nine assists and four rebounds. It was his first 30-point game since March 8.
